Participation of the sociologist and ISI Board member Jivko Georgiev in the Morning Block of Bulgaria On Air:

The majority-type of vote will not solve the problem of the remonstrates against the oligarchy. Through a majority vote, the economically powerful would place people in the Parliament much easier.  There are rich people everywhere. The reason why Bill Gates cannot act as an oligarch is that the political system in the USA would not allow that. The problem of the Bulgarian political system is that citizens can’t control the dialogue in the Parliament.
