Alumni Club of the Academy for Social Policy

The Alumni Club of the Academy for Social Policy was established on November 12, 2010, during the Annual Meeting of graduates in park-hotel "Moskva" in Sofia. After the 2010 trainees received their certificates for the training, the total number of graduates of the "Academy for Social Policy" at ISI reached 330.

Nine groups were formed on regional basis and the graduates elected their coordinators in order to communicate easier among each other. For objective reasons, two of them were replaced later.

Group 1: Coordinator Vasil Stoyanov from Kozlodui. Includes: the regions of Vratsa, Montana and Vidin.

Group 2: Coordinator Ventsislav Konov from Pleven. Includes: the regions of Veliko Tarnovo, Gabrovo, Lovech and Pleven.

Group 3: Coordinator Kaloyan Petrov from Targovishte. Includes: the regions of Russe, Razgrad and Targovishte.

Group 4: Coordinator Angel Valkov from Varna. Includes: the regions of Varna, Dobrich, Shumen and Silistra.

Group 5: Coordinator Anna Adamova from Bourgas. Includes: the regions of Bourgas, Yambol and Sliven.

Group 6: Coordinator Zhara Peneva from Dimitrovgrad. Includes: the regions of Stara Zagora, Haskovo, Kardzhali and Smolyan.

Group 7: Coordinator Peter Vassilev from Plovdiv. Includes: the regions of Plovdiv and Pazardzhik.

Group 8: Coordinator Caterina Yancheva from Kyustendil. Includes: the regions of Kyustendil, Blagoevgrad and Pernik.

Group 9: Coordinator Antoaneta Petrova from Sofia. Includes: the regions of Sofia-city and Sofia region (additional support from Eleonora Petrova from Slivnitsa).

 

The Club’s activity is focused on achieving the overall aim of the Institute - participation in civic processes and formation of public policy; integration and retention of the potential of a wide range of specialists in various fields of civil society development.
